The Solution for STVR Restrictions.

Most STVR restrictions define STVRs as short term rentals which are rented for 30 days or fewer.  At LTVR™ all rentals are for 31 or more days.   This bypasses ALL restrictions, fees, taxes, and regulations placed on STVRs in 97% of counties and cities in the US. • Most homeowners are NOT required to pay or file for local or state Hotel / STVR taxes.
  (In most cases income is treated as any other rental income on your personal taxes.)
