The Solution for STVR Restrictions.

Most STVR restrictions define STVRs as short term rentals which are rented for 30 days or fewer.  At LTVR™ all rentals are for 31 or more days.   This bypasses ALL restrictions, fees, taxes, and regulations placed on STVRs in 97% of counties and cities in the US. (See Example Laws and Codes Here) Owners should FULLY READ their local restrictions and laws.

  • Most homeowners are NOT required to pay or file for local or state Hotel / STVR taxes.
    (In most cases income is treated as any other rental income on your personal taxes.)
  • Home owners do not have to pay STVR registration fees.
  • You ARE allowed to rent  LTVR ™ in most non-stvr areas.
  • STVR laws, codes, and ordinances DO NOT apply to most LTVR ™
  • Renters save up to 15% by not paying STVR / hotel taxes

The renter, is the single renter for the whole 31+ day period, but can share the stay with family, friends, relatives, work mates, etc.  Any monetary transaction for this “sharing” is solely the responsibility of the primary renter and done off this site.
